Big is Beautiful! Sally stands by that! She’s a gorgeous calico with big personality, big heart, and a big appetite too!

Sally is a people lover! Give her attention and she will roll, flop, wiggle and purr with happiness! She is always down to be your weighted blanket for a good couch cuddle session too! 

She’s a great supervisor too, she does a great job of keeping other cats in line and setting clear boundaries! As far as dogs go, she hasn’t had a lot of opportunity to be around them. We suggest all introductions be slow and intentional. 

Sally has an important relationship with food, and she’s also on a special food. She eats a high quality urinary food as she had repeated issues while she was younger that caused additional stress to her system, so for everyone’s benefit she should remain on that. 

We’re encouraging her activity here in the shelter, but she really is just a big meatball who would happily loaf all day! So if you’re looking for a lower energy, higher BMI, and exceptionally loving cat, Sally is your girl! 

Note, the adoption fee for a pet adoption from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption exam at a local clinic.
