Please welcome Little Debbie and yes, the name is the most fabulous play on words, because there is nothing little about this sweet cake!

Little Debbie is currently on a very strict diet and exercise program to help her achieve a healthier, happier size. She has developed a low-grade heart murmur, which we’re hoping may improve as she sheds some of those extra pounds and gets her health back on track.

But don’t think her search for her next snack will interrupt her search for the next person to give her attention, Debbie is one sweet treat!

She absolutely LOVES attention and will happily accept all the pets, cuddles, and scratches you are willing to provide. In fact, she particularly enjoys getting scratched in those hard-to-reach places that her current suptle figure makes difficult to access herself.

She’s sweet, affectionate, and ready to become someone’s spoiled housecat, just with a slightly more sensible meal plan than the average girl.

We’re hoping to document Little Debbie’s positive body transformation and watch this beautiful girl become healthier, happier, and more comfortable. What we’re really looking for is a permanent home where her humans understand that love comes in many forms…but the snacks should probably be kept behind locked doors.

Because Little Debbie really doesn’t need a Little Debbie.

She needs a family who will help her become the best version of herself. So adopt Little Debbie, because every girl deserves a second chance, even if she’s already eaten the first one.

Note, the adoption fee for a pet adoption from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption exam at a local clinic.
