Bella is a lovely lady, who just needs time to get used to people.
**IN FOSTER**
Bella is a nervous pup at first and needs time to get used to new people and places. During her first day in foster, she would spend all her time pacing and was overall very uncomfortable, but when it was bedtime, she lay down in her kennel and slept quietly. Come day two there were already improvements and she seemed calmer!
She has done very well with cats and other small dogs but will need a slow introduction to ensure they like each other. Once you have gained her trust, you’ll be greeted by a loveable lady who just wants to spend all her time snuggling under a blanket with her people.
Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
