At almost 10 years young, this handsome gentleman has learned a thing or two about life, and he’s shared that his philosophy is remarkably simple: Love, Lounge and Leisure!

Dempster absolutely adores every living creature. Pretty much anything with a heartbeat is his new potential bestie. He has a heart that seems to have no limit on how much love he can hand out.

For most of his life, Dempster was an outdoor living kind of guy. But now that he has discovered the finer things in life like soft beds, cozy rooms, regular meals, and the general luxury of being an indoor dog, he has decided that perhaps retirement living isn’t so bad after all.

Just take a moment to look at him. For a gentleman approaching his tenth birthday, we think Dempster looks incredible. He’s been well cared for, kept healthy, and has plenty of pep left in his step. More importantly, he has SO much love to give.

Now, Dempster does have one tiny request from his future family: please don’t fuss too much with his backside. His rear end is a “no-no zone”, which we totally understand! It can make grooming a full workout and a bit of a slower process. But if taking a little extra time with his tush is the price of having a dog this sweet, we’d say it’s a pretty fair trade!

Dempster isn’t looking for anything complicated. He just wants a comfortable place to call home, someone to love, and the chance to spend his golden years surrounded by kindness.
