Boyfriend

This guy got his name for a very good reason. This handsome fella is the feline equivalent of the boyfriend who texts “what are you doing?” five minutes after you left. He wants to know where you are, what you’re up to, and, most importantly, WHY you aren’t giving him undivided attention.

Boyfriend is sweet, affectionate, clingy, needy, and completely unapologetic about it. His love language is snuggles, scritchess, attention, and having a human within immediate reach at all times. He’s not about a complicated relationship, he just wants someone who is ready to commit to a lifetime of being adored.

He’s also perfectly happy to have other cats in his life and enjoys their company, but if we’re being completely honest… Boyfriend’s heart belongs to you. He’s down to have other cats as friends, but his human? That’s his purpose. His favourite place is wherever the attention is happening, and he will shamelessly insert himself directly into the middle of whatever you’re doing to get it.

If you’ve ever dreamed of coming home to someone who is genuinely so happy to see you, follows you around like you hung the moon, and believes personal space is best shared, Boyfriend may be your guy. He’s sweet, affectionate, social, and absolutely living his best life one snuggle at a time.

Note, the adoption fee for a pet adoption from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption exam at a local clinic.
