Big Tom (who isn’t actually that big) may have started his story out as a community stray, but somebody forgot to tell him he was ever supposed to live outdoors. The second this handsome little grey guy stepped inside, he settled into indoor life like he’d paid the damage deposit himself and was taking over the grocery shopping.
Oh, and Big Tom is a people cat through and through. He loves attention, happily trots over for affection, and acts like every new human he meets is a long-lost friend arriving for a reunion party. He’s got that classic lovable tomcat confidence too, he’ll be the the kind that of guy that always says, “Yes, I will climb directly into your lap uninvited, thank you very much.”
Big Tom is also determined to become everyone’s best friend in the cat room. New cat? Future pal. Shy cat? Potential buddy. Grumpy cat? Challenge accepted. He loves making feline friends and has such a sweet, social nature that it’s hard not to adore him instantly. He’s still figuring out dogs and hasn’t had much interaction with them yet, but his curious personality suggests he’d at least like to file for a formal investigation into what exactly those weird barking creatures are all about.
And catnip? Oh, now that’s Big Tom’s specialty. Sprinkle a little catnip his way and this boy transforms into a goofy, wiggly, joy-filled entertainer. He’ll roll, flop, zoom, and party like he just discovered the meaning of life in a leafy green pile.
Big Tom is the perfect combination of charming young tomcat energy and affectionate sweetheart personality. He’s playful, loving, social, and ready to fill somebody’s home with purrs, headbutts, and just the right amount of adorable chaos.
