Mindy is a large, in-charge calico with a PhD in Moodiness and a minor degree in Crushing Human Spirits. She’s looking for someone dedicated (ie. delusional) who understands that being in her presence is a privilege, not a right, and that gratitude is a concept she simply does not subscribe to.

Affection? Sure, occasionally. Mindy will grace you with the rare chin scratch request or a brief cuddle…just long enough to confuse you into thinking you’ve done it, you’ve bonded! You haven’t. Don’t get ahead of yourself.

Let’s be clear: you are not her friend. You are not her companion. You are staff. Possibly temporary staff, depending on your performance.

Mindy’s ideal home is somewhere that she can judge humans in comfort and silence. A place where humans don’t require validation. She’s looking for someone with hypothetical, and literal, thick skin. 

We know that Mindy isn’t for everyone. Frankly, she prefers it that way.
