IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
– Families or individuals qualify to be eligible for the Spay/Neuter Program (Spay Day)
– One animal per household per year
– Minimum age of sterilization is 4 months of age. Your pet does NOT need previous vaccinations to be eligible.
– There are a limited number of surgery spots available. Applications will be assessed and the families/individuals that qualify will be assigned a certificate.
– It is your responsibility to arrange a drop off and pick up time with the veterinary clinic.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Complete the application form.
– Eligibility is based on gross income on the previous tax year. Individuals with a gross income of $33,000 or lower, or families with a combined gross income of $56,000 or lower will qualify.
– Please upload a copy of the previous year’s Notice of Assessment as proof of gross income. If applying as a family, please provide copies of all Notice of Assessments.
– Once this application is submitted, you will be informed within 2 business days if you are eligible or not.
