Cat Cuddling Procedures - Pembina Valley Humane Society

If you have or have had a sick cat at home, please inform staff!
Gowns must be worn by ALL cat cuddlers.
No outside food, drink, or toys are allowed in the cat rooms. Toys, grooming supplies, treats, etc. can be provided by shelter staff.
Only 1 room can be entered per visit Check with staff to confirm which room is available for cuddling.
Use extreme caution to prevent cats from escaping cat rooms.
Inform staff promptly if you notice any signs of illness, such as sneezing, coughing, runny eyes/nose, diarrhea, lethargy, etc. with any cat.
Please do not encourage “rough” play when socializing with the cats.
