Tessa
Tessa is not sure about the shelter and needs help building her confidence!
**IN FOSTER**
Tessa came from an accidental litter of 15 puppies! She was an outdoor dog for her whole life and had only been inside one time. She was recently surrendered to the PVHS and it has been a big transition for her. Tessa is quite nervous about being inside but is warming up quickly. She is gaining confidence and is showing her personality more and more every day!
She loves to be outside and would do well on adventures such as hikes and camping. Tessa loves to snuggle up to the people she trusts and be brushed or petted. She has shown herself to do well with dogs and cats. We believe she would do well with kids that respect her boundaries and let her warm up at her own pace.
Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
