Teddy
We think Teddy may be the “gold” at the end of the rainbow!
This big boy has a heart as golden as his curls. Teddy is a great mix of laid-back dude and playful happy pup! He’s most content when he’s by your side, soaking up ear scratches, tagging along for after-school pick-ups, or bumbling around the house waiting for his next walk (or snack!).
Teddy is good with children and loves to be part of family life. He’s potty trained, quiet (except for a polite bark if a stranger’s at the door), and learns his boundaries quickly. His favorite pastimes include chewing on his beloved tennis ball…which really doesn’t look like a ball anymore…carrying around a good stick, or simply keeping watch to make sure you’re still there during your walk.
He doesn’t like squeaky toys or kennels, and long car rides aren’t his thing—unless, of course, the windows are down so he can feel the breeze! He prefers to eat at night and in the morning, but he’s always hopeful for “dropped” daytime snacks during the day at home.
Teddy does have a bit of separation anxiety, so he’d thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. In return, you’ll get a loyal, gentle, and loving companion who will be your shadow, your cheerleader, and your very best friend.
