Honeybee was found as a stray by a kind person who saw just how special she is and has generously sponsored her adoption fee in full. Her name suits her perfectly…she is as sweet as honey and loves to be close to people!

She is the biggest baby and a total love bug. She adores snuggles, being held, and getting as much attention as possible. She’s also quite wiggly, often moving like a little land seal when she’s excited. Honeybee enjoys treats, cozy blankets, and even “singing” when she’s feeling happy. She is food-motivated, which will be helpful as she continues learning her basic life skills.

She has a unique coat with little waves on her hindquarters, making her stand out even more. She is expected to grow to around 40 pounds, a perfect size for cuddling. She has done well with the dogs she has met so far but will still need slow, supervised introductions. She keeps her kennel clean and does her best to be tidy.

Honeybee thrives on companionship and doesn’t like being alone, feeling cold, or hearing loud noises. She will do best in a home where she feels safe, warm, and loved.

Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
