Duchess
Duchess is a regal lady who loves to sit on a perch and oversee her kingdom.
Duchess is back in our care through no fault of her own. We decided that her name would stay duchess as it perfectly suits her, and here’s why:
– She holds the highest rank and is truly the queen of the show! No cat or dog dare challenge her.
– She wants attention when and how she wants it, but you must know that picking her up is strictly prohibited!
– Her presence commands attention! When she walks in the room, each person must give her a few pets.
Trust us when we say that she is a friend with whom to rule your home (and maybe someday, the world).
Birthdate: March 2020

The PVHS is located on the original lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. We respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we dedicate ourselves to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
