Like the goddess, Athena is a wise girl. She’s definitely wise beyond her years! She had a challenging first year of her life, but she’s come out of it a sweet, cuddly girl who wants to be loved…and give love too!
She’ll need a family that can help her build her confidence…and help her gain some weight (chimkin, anyone?)! She does well with other dogs, and hasn’t shown any predatory behaviour towards cats. Athena would also love some kids to run and play with!
Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
