Jerry

This wonderful guy is so tired of being away from home! Can he come to your home? Jerry may not be perfect, but he’s getting better every single day! He’s improving on his leash pulling and is slowly getting better at not tugging his handler along on walks. He can be a bit unsure of strange sounds and situations, but once he warms up to you, he’ll be your loyal companion.

Jerry is a bit of a tough guy when it comes to new people and situations. He likes to give them his best bark, but deep down he just wants to be loved. He absolutely adores walks and can hardly contain his excitement when he sees his leash. Some days he’s so excited that he’ll whine and jump, making it a bit challenging to get his harness on. He loves to sniff and explore, but what he really wants is someone to run with.

Jerry is a dog that loves his butt scratches. They are his absolute favorite, and he will nudge you until you give him some. He can be picky with treats, but he goes crazy for liver treats and bones. His favorite pastime is taking every toy out of the bin and dropping them all over the ground so he can find the perfect toy, which somehow always manages to be at least halfway to the bottom of the pile. He’s a goofy dog with no resource guarding issues, just a happy-go-lucky guy who wants to be the center of someone’s world.
