Adoptable Dogs

Harper

Large Breed
August 2020

Harper is a happy, playful young lady, who is very well mannered.  She is curious about the world, and loves gentle pets and cuddles.  She’s not the most comfortable with being handled, so short bouts of affection are best!

She appears to be housetrained, as Harper hasn’t made any messes in her kennel.  She also seems to do well with other dogs, but a slow introduction to new animals is a must.

When she came into our care, she had an ear infection which has been treated.  We are unsure if it will reoccur, however treatment is manageable.

Not sure how a new dog would fit into your home?  Consider fostering first!  Our animals greatly benefit from being in a home environment, and you can learn more about how your family would do with a dog…apply to foster Harper today: click here for more information.
Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
