IN FOSTER:

Squid came to us as a stray from the pound with his brother Shrimp. These two brothers are joined at the hip. They are currently in foster with 2 adult cats and 2 large dogs but seem to prefer the company of each other. They play very well with the adult cats in the home but still find the dogs very scary. An extremely slow introduction to any dogs in the home would be beneficial to building their confidence.

Squid is a bit more outgoing than his brother Shrimp. He is always the first to explore new things. Sometimes he forgets that he is afraid of dogs and will run right up to the 2 he lives with then will remember how scary they are and will hiss and run away. He is definitely not short on personality. He loves playing with any toys he can get his paws and would love a nice big cat tree in his home that he can climb and nap on. His name is also very suiting as he does not appear to be afraid of water. In fact he will usually climb into the dogs water bowl and stand in the middle to get his drink of water. What a goof!
