Simba (formerly Garland) is back in our care after his owner had to look after some medical concerns.  He was well-loved and we are really wanting to get him back to a home with a new family as soon as we can.

He’s a snuggly boy who is gentle, quiet, and loves any and all people.  Give him snuggles, a fluffy cozy bed, and a big window with sunbeams and his life will be complete!  He’s shown himself to be very chill and relaxed at the shelter.  He’s never been face-to-face with other animals, but he seems very curious about them when he sees them in the shelter lobby.

Simba needs to be on a strict urinary food diet due to occasional urinary problems, but his concern is well maintained provided his diet stays monitored.

Cats like Simba would do well in a foster home; it allows them to relax and show their true personalities which helps us find their new homes faster.  If you have room in your home to make a difference in the life of a shelter cat, apply to be a foster today.

Note, the adoption fee for a pet adopted from the Pembina Valley Humane Society includes their spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines and boosters, and a post-adoption veterinary exam at a local clinic.
